I give everyone, especially Dr. Pistel, 5 stars. They are great there and do a great job taking care of you. They care about your needs and medical issues. The only person I didn't find professional was Dr. Cohen. He was arrogant and did not want to listen to what issues I had as a patient. He spoke to me like I was beneath his level as if I was not smart enough to know what is going on with my injuries. I give him 1 star. He just needs to be more sensitive towards his patients and listen to them and not be so arrogant.

If I could give less than zero, I would! My name is Falconer and I was a patient of Dr. Cohen and Dr. Pistel. I had a badly injured left shoulder and went to them for help. They strung me along for 18 months and did NOTHING for me. Every time I could get an appt. I was told "if physical therapy doesn't work, we will do surgery. After the first round of phys therapy I went back and was told I needed an injection. Then give that 3 months and if that didn't work, I would get surgery. I went back after that thinking I was getting surgery scheduled, but no! I was scheduled another round of Physical therapy (in their facility of course )then came back again and told I needed another injection! After 98 physical therapy sessions and several injections I demanded something be done. I had been going there for 18 months! !! Dr. Cohen and two other Drs came into my examining room and said "I am not going to do anything else for you. You have not exercised enough." I broke down crying and loudly told them that what they were doing to me was wrong. Later that week, I got a referral to a different ortho surgeon and he was mortified by what he saw on my x rays. One week later, I was in surgery with the new Dr and he took pics during the surgery that showed my injury had gotten so bad that the shoulder could not be lifted because sharp bone spurs had grown over my shoulder and was causing me to stab myself every time it moved! No amount of exercising would have made that disappear! My shoulder is much much better now, even though there is lingering damage. This is just my personal experience at that facility with those doctors. I don't speak for anybody else.

this review is not for the facility but for doc.jonathan l. cohen, M.D. "jondy". He is very unprofessional, told me one day i have arthritis then next week that i don't that i am to young. has no idea what to prescribe me or what he has in the past. the tells me i am to young for cancer at age 28. do yourself a favor and see someone else. the other review is from my wife was accidentally on her account
