Start my car buying experience at Stanley Chrysler Dodge and Jeep where I met Chris McHargue. One of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. His willingness to go above and beyond and help us meet our need with out trying keep pushing us one way or the other. Went to several other dealership and ultimately could not find better service or selection of vehicles. Took us about a week to decide on a car and not once did we feel pressure to buy. Over all the whole experience was painless and rather enjoyable. Would recommend stopping here first to start your car buying experience because you won't have to go anywhere else. Chris McHargue will have our business as long as he chooses to sell cars. Ask for him buy name and you won't be disappointed.

I really wish I would have read the reviews about the company before we bought from them!! I wish I could have given a zero star rating. I did not get a good vibe from the sales rep as soon as I meet him. My husband really wanted this car so that's why I stayed and dealt with them. Sooo glad I did not finance with them! Very rude unprofessional staff!!! You get the run around, get transferred a million times, sent to voicemail and even hung up on. Never again will I go here!! Better options else where. Don't waste your time

My husband brought our truck into this dealer today to get a recall repair completed on it. When the truck came out of the bay there was a large scratch to the drivers rear side. This was brought tot he attention of the dealers and they refused to do anything about it. Told him that if he bought a new truck the scratches would not matter. They reported they took pic of the truck before it went into the bay. Showed him cell phone pics of the scratches. What a rip off this company was today. Even through the scratches are into the metal, Shining bright as new ones will, and paint still chipping off of them they still refused to do anything to repair them. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this company, And I have always had all the services done at this dealer, But never again will they see a penny of my money.

Be very careful if you use Stanley for service. On 30 June 2017 I took my 2016 Ram 3500 there to have the 15,000 mile service performed. I asked that my tires be rotated. Prior to arriving for my service appointment I marked my left front tire, right rear outboard tire, and oil filter. After I received my truck back I checked the tires and oil filter. The oil filter was new but the left front tire and right rear outboard tire were still in their original location. I brought it to the service writers attention and he was certain my tires were rotated (the tech states he rotated them) and tried to explain how dually tires are rotated. I interrupted him and took him outside to show him the marks. They then took my truck back and actually rotated the tires. I then asked for a loaner as I had other business to conduct in town and was told they didn't have any available. The Service Manager came to apologize and said it was a problem and she would talk to the tech. I waited to see what they were going to do to make up for attempting theft of services and apparently nothing is the answer. I wasn't offered a discount or refund, and was denied a loaner. You'd think after you catch them stealing they'd bend over backwards to take care of you but that's not the case. If you use them for services make sure you have a way to verify that they actually did them.

Waste of my time, I drove in from Austin to make a deal on a car. I don't write reviews, but I couldn't let this one slide. Don't waste your time with these folks. First off, we agreed on a deal for my trade and the car of my liking. But for some reason the GM got involved and ruined everything. I'd suggest for the sales team to make the deals, but if the GM chooses to get involved, then fire your sales team and deal with every customer yourself. You ended up doing me a favor by revealing your poor business ethic, I got a car in Dallas for a better deal and they gave me more for my trade. Just go elsewhere if you want to be treated right!
