We stopped in here after being majorly disappointed by several other dealerships in Midland, Odessa and Andrews. We were met by friendly helpful staff. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they provided everything we needed to get us in to the truck we wanted. P.J and Josh have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are completely happy with our purchase and we will be forever grateful for all of their hard work. We definitely will use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Had a motor replaced at Carlsbad Ford three weeks ago. Got stranded in Andrews TX. Diesel started leaking from injectors. Waited for a tow truck from Carlsbad Ford for four hours that never got there. Andrews Ford couldn't even take a look at my truck due to lack of mechanis. Long story short Carlsbad Ford sent a mechanic to fix the issue which only took him 15 min. to fix after waiting there for 9 hours. After paying $20k for a new motor and having an issue so recent, you would more than likely think you would receive a better and higher quality customer service. Our company will no longer be buying any Ford. It hasn't been the first time we've been put on the back burner.

I recently had to bring in our company truck from out of state.  I was passing through on my way to Midland TX.  I needed a quick full service.  There was some miscommunication. But once things got straightened out.  The service team. Ryan,John,Leigh and many others stayed way beyond service hours. Many of the folks in the service department jumped in to get things done. 
Unfortunately. As things would have it. A part broke at the very end of the service. I had to stay in a hotel til the following day. But the service department made sure to keep me updated on the status.  
Excellent team work. And very friendly people.
