If you're looking to have pet urine odor removed, please consider having your carpet replaced instead of wasting your money on this company. We were given a "guarantee", but the unbearable odor isn't gone. Now we'll have to replace the carpet and we lost $120 on cleaning that didn't work.

My handicap brother got phone est for $120 for carpet clean over phone and 2guys arrived for paper ?? Est gave him $300-350 est and no copy on paper so I could see exactly why so high..... Rip off of the handicap!!! Those guys start with reg square ft $ and then they work on commission for anything they can trick people to buy... Like scotch guard joke. I have reported to bbb for elder abuse.

Don't watch the video because that's not what they do! Called to have my living room, dinning room and hallway done. One guy showed up and told me they don't move furniture! He would move dining room chairs but not the couch or table! The only reason I'm giving them two stars is he did get most the stains up. But you better invite some friends if you want your carpet cleaned under your furniture. I won't use them again.

Last Saturday morning I came home to find my older dog had pulled the protective cover off, then lay on the love seat, and had an accident. I called SS and was pleased to learn they'd be out in a couple hours. I was quoted a price over the phone, it sounded great, so I canceled my afternoon plans and hopped in the shower. I then received a voice mail telling me she'd made a mistake, and it wouldn't be $53, but $129 (big difference). It still needed to be done. The technicians were pleasant and professional looking and got right to work. However, they did not treat the upholstery with an enzyme cleaner prior to the steam clean, as I had assumed they would. They applied it afterward, and the scent was that of my late grandmother's bathroom spray. I burned incense for a couple days to mask this artificial smell, and once it dissipated, I realized the sofa still smells like urine (if you stick your nose down on it). I've had pets for years and rely on an enzyme solution to kill odors, so I was very surprised SS does not use something similar. But....the couch looks much better, and the stain did come out, just not the odor. So, convenience and scheduling - great. Price.....wow. End result, so-so. However, in a similar emergency, I'd probably call again.
