My experience wasn't the greatest. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. For the most part I found everything on my own. Asked the gentleman at the register about a dictionary, he asked the young women on the next register she told me where it was. Had to look for it but eventually I found it. So much for customer service.

We are all human and must learn to be comfortable with each other. There are two white women at,this,location that are the main reasons I drive as far as I do to,this staples. The other people are a bit racist (but quietly).

Its a very kind and friendly place. I go to fax and make copes and to send things UPS.  The employees especially Zach do go over and above what they can do to help you.
