A bunch of incompetent workers who literally will try to pickpocket you. Gives you attitude when you say you've been waiting an hour. They tried to steal my 128gb flash drive, that i left in the copy center with an associate by accident. I called and asked 3 times until they "found it" even though i just left the store. Will not be visiting again, would have called the police if they had waited any longer.

PUNCH ME IN THE FACE!!! As a loyal and exclusive Amazon shopper, I cringe at the idea of having to go to a retail store or mall for anything. My recent experience to Staples reinforced why I’ve become a retail hermit. I needed ink cartridges for my HP printer and didn’t have time for it to be delivered by Amazon. The place is depressing from the second you pull into the dark and empty parking lot. It took 30 minutes to buy ink cartridges. Not because there were long lines or they were hard to find but because they are locked away and someone had to get them from the back room. It was clear the staff could care less and were more interested in hiding in the empty isles then helping the one customer that was a sucker enough to show up in this dump. Not only was the service horrible, but they tried to to overcharge me for the product, 10% more than the prIce listed on their website. I showed the cashier and she honored the online price after entering an adjustment into their outdated and antiquated checkout system not seen since KMart closed down. It’s hard to believe this place has outlasted the grips of bankruptcy longer than ToysRUs or even RadioShack....maybe even Blockbuster.

Great prices for back to school items very friendly staff to help answer all questions and even got help carrying my packages to the car. Outstanding service

If i could give 0 i would. They have 2 little boys running customer service and they are not capable. They see they have a line but there walking around buying soda and its not their break. Theyre suppose to acknowledge the guests online before just walking away. Very upset with this store. Will shop elsewhere.

Copies are outrageously expensive.  I have yet to come here and not have an issue with their printing services. The machine needed for larger prints is consistently going down which creates massive delays and orders have been incomplete even a day later. Halfway through my job today, they ran out of the print paper needed. This is a copy center and it is ponderous how there isn't stock or paper replaced as it is needed.
