I went to exchange the item that I lost the receipt for. the personell gave me no issues about it just said hey if you have your credit card that you purchased it with just put it in the machine we will look it up and give you the exchange no problem. I did that ,within minutes I was out of there. thank you very much Staples

Horrible customer service in the copy center... Was charged too much for the self-service copy machines... Then the employee crumpled up my receipt which I needed for tax purposes... But then had to give me a refund because she charged me the wrong price... Don't know what customer service means to Staples anymore but apparently it doesn't mean very much... I can guarantee you I will not return to that Staples store ever again...

Had to print an attachment from an email, sign it and scan it and send it back , this place was amazing especially the young woman in there print processing department.   
See I'm an old guy and this type of stuff is just a little above my capabilites.  THANK YOU, STAPLES.

Everyone was very helpful. As always! 
I am disappointed that I could not purchase more than 5 sale items at the reduced price. In the past, I have been able to purchase 30 items at the reduced price because I am a teacher. This year,  I was told that I have to come back tomorrow to get 5 more items.  So that means that I have to go back 5 days in order to get enough items for my students.
