Do not go here is you need quick efficient or professional results when copying or printing.  This is a waste of time and money. Do not place money on your card when printing  because their machines are always broken or not working.

I had an issue with my business cards. I had previously made a version that had gone very well and received some very helpful feedback from someone in the business that compelled me to make a second attempt. This second version came out poorly on print and I went to the store to address it. The lady at the copy center and the store manager each spent time with me to understand the issue, diagnose and explain what had happened and then right the situation, which they did handsomely. I am impressed with their patience, attentiveness and diligence. They were determined to have me leave happy...and I did.

Worst customer service over the phone EVER!!!!
I called to get a very simple print job ordered and I was told "we are very busy right now so just call us later".     In this world where not much separates you from the competition other than your Customer Service,  this particular Staples FAILS miserably!!!!

I will NEVER do business with them again.   PERIOD.

 I went in to fax 2 sheets of paper. The woman at the copy desk said the directions were on the fax machine. I did exactly what was directed and my fax wasn't working. I called her over amd she said I needed to press 1 before entering my fax number. So, perhaps an updated or correct list of directions would be nice. It would've saved me time and spared everyone nearby from having to deal with that high pitched noise from the fax machine. It wouldn't have hurt if the lady had been more polite and showed me where to put the paper and walked me through the directions.
