After being advised by one of the employees that I could use a self-service printer option at this store via my email, I tried to use the self-service printer. To print, the document actually needed to be sent to a specific Staples email, which I wasn't aware of. I didn't have my phone available to resend the email so I tried to send it on a display laptop in the store (which by the way, had a giant sign directly above it which read: Surf Web - Email - Social Networking -Online Bill Pay-) but an employee just stood behind me and told me that by doing what I was doing, I was going to force him to have to "re-clean the entire computer." He didn't offer any other option or help for me to get my document to the Staples printing email address. I wasn't going to drive all the way back home to send a singular email when I was literally at an office supply store with hundreds of computers. Your employee was rude and unhelpful....and why do you have a sign talking about using email service above a laptop if you are going to get mad when someone does it?
