We purchased one office chair online and choose pick-up in one hour in this store, we receive confirmation email at that time. Two days after we did NOT receive any notice email and check the order online then we found our order  has been canceled. It is not because the item is out of stock it is just because they increase the price and don't want to sell us. Very disappointed!!!

I needed to use a self-service printer. However, not all if them worked, so I had to cancel out until I find one that worked. Come to find out, they pre-charged my card $5 for every time I attempted to use their broken machines. Then the associate said, "Don't worry, it'll come off in a day or two." Meanwhile, fifteen dollars has been taken out of my account without permission and WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY SWIPE THEIR CARD. What if some kids comes in with their debit card to make a few copies for school, and all of a sudden their account is overdrawn? Are you going to pay those fees, Burbank Staples? I'll be taking my business to Fedex from now on. Shame on you.

Every time I come in I am treated very well. The manager, Sarkis, is very nice and has repeatedly helped me save money on products. This is the best Staples in LA.

The print shop at this location is ALWAYS a nightmare. I've been going there on and off for over 3 years (usually because "it's been awhile and they're more convenient. I should try them again." situations) and without fail I relearn why going to any other print shop is worth it. Calling them usually results in being on hold until someone from another department bothers to pick up, only to transfer you back to the print shop's shrill hold music indefinitely. Then actually going in results in disproportionately long waits, incorrectly scaled prints, and general lack of interest from the employee. 
Clearly their print shop is not a priority and is not worth the time and effort to go there. There are enough print shops around that you're better off driving a little farther to get better service and results elsewhere.
