Their prices are substantially higher than other cleaners, including some of the cleaners who pick up from your own doorstep. In addition to this, they have lost one of my coats then refused to compensate me for it. Final straw was when I picked up an alteration today: I had VERY specifically requested that the belt loops be removed and suspender buttons be put in for a wedding I am in this weekend. I went over it with the lady at the front desk at least two or three times when I brought them in. When I picked them up today suspender buttons were in but the loops are still on and I have to fly out early tomorrow AM. Never, ever using these guys again. They cannot be trusted to finish the job.

I haven't used them for cleaning yet, but they have hemmed many pairs of my pants and they do a fantastic job. They are quick, affordable and friendly.

Lovely people, can't seem to grasp the concept of "no crease" in my pants. You can't just iron out a crease. I've verified several times the "no crease" instruction is in their system. I'm in sales, selling into retail apparel brands. The people I deal with judge on appearances. I've given them numerous chances.  Done.

I planned poorly to get some pants hemmed and they were so accommodating! They were able to measure and hem them in a day and didn't even charge me extra. I was more than willing to pay for the inconvenience that I caused. The pants were ready on time and the hem has stayed together wonderfully over the last 4-5 months even through a lot of heavy use and almost daily wear and a bunch of washes. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am planning on going back for more alterations!

A friendly woman is always there, they do a great job and it's reasonably priced.
Buy the green bag to get 15% off all services. 
I have also had zippers fixed and alterations made, they were great.
