Outstanding customer service,  Polite and respectful.  I went in to have bakes bleed and they saw that they weren't working properly,  so they replaced both sides. Fast and efficient service would highly recommend both their sales and repair department.

FIrst and foremost, I felt compelled to write this because of my personal experience at Star auto.   The first car I purchased from Geno(owner) was  a 2011 Camaro of which I got a fantastic price below KBB(Kelley Blue book) made the whole process easy and comfortable as signing a huge chunk of money away:).   Because of my outstanding experience, I purchased 2 more cars and felt like I got a great deal!   
Here was the only snag in all of this.  I purchased a 2011 Mercedes from them a year ago.   1 month after I bought it, gas got into the gear box due to failing sparkplugs...potential disaster and blowing up the engine and a VERY expensive fix..est over 1000 dollars to fix.;   I brought it up to ask Geno what I should do about it(not his problem..no warranty purchased)  He and I his awesome team fixed my car..which meant hours of free work and his cost on the Iridium spark plugs...all in all.. He believes in going the extra mile for his customers, that's why he will continue to get MY business!!  Keep up the phenomenal work!!

They have the best deals on vehicles and the price is excellent their customer service is outstanding they really care about your wants and needs their not out just to make a buck. I'd buy from them a million times over

EXCELLENT! Start to finish we had a great experience! We had been searching locally (At least 20 different lots-wish i was kidding) without much luck. We travelled 45 minutes to Ramsey and had been looking at another lot, but left still not satisfied. We stumbled onto the Star Auto lot and Im so grateful we did. Not only were all of their vehicles in great physical shape, great mechanical repair, and within fair book value. The service was outstanding! Hassle free, knowledgeable, honest, and FUNNY. Every employee we encountered provided quality service. Thanks again Star Auto. We are definitely satisfied customers!!
