Grateful to Star Bank to make a good-sized conference room available for use for community events!

Gathered in lobby to visit Erik Paulsen's office with about 50 people.  Star Bank (also a tenant in the building) female employee came out of the bank door and said, "There is no video taping or cameras allowed!  Turn off the video cameras!"  Puhlease.  I know I won't be banking here.

Rude personnel fingerprinted me and charged 5% for me to cash a check of a patron of this terrible bank. Cashing a check through another bank doesn't require fingerprints, and usually bringing a check to the bank that issued the check doesn't cost 5% for the privilege of getting the money that was owed to you.

Don't bank at this lousy site.
