Called to get a quote to get a fence put up. I had the pre made wooden panels. Guy on the phone said they had too much work of their own and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed is this company.

The person up front needs to retire. You give him the measurements and then he forgets. You call back and doesn't answer his phone.  Left a message with measurements and he messed that up.  I go there and I gave him the measurements again and then he shortens the measurements.  I mentioned that I wanted the correct measurements and he told me that this is the measurement that you'll going to get.  I asked him if he started and he said it will be done Wednesday.  It was suppose to be finish last Thursday.  He said that there is metal in the vinyl gates and I didn't find any at all.  I asked for my deposit and I got that back and went somewhere else.  I lost all trust from this company.  Make sure you check the gates to see if they have metal inside the vinyl.

Company website states they service my area (Trenton)  when I called to get an estimate I was told they do not go that far that they are located in Dearborn Heights...Didn't know 25 minutes away was to far!?!

The contractor sounded very unprofessional on the phone, however he scheduled and did come out to measure and give the estimate.  He offered a very good price for 40 feet of 6' vinyl privacy fence.  I agreed and he stated he would call before 4th July holiday to schedule a rough start time.  He never called, but I have called twice since.  He has made no effort to start work.  I am just glad that he never took a deposit.  I have to have a new contractor come out but now won't have a much needed fence for my puppy until September.

Being a business owner, I try to give Star the benefit of the doubt but Im continuously left disappointed. I've called them on multiple occasions for a privacy fence installation, and left voicemails to no avail. Ive visited the shop twice because its near my house (once at noon on a Monday, again at 3pm on a Wednesday) and both times no one was there. I can't understand how they stay in business.
