The quality of the personnel was warm and friendly. I was impressed with their desire to take care of everything that I needed on the car, as well as giving me a very reasonable price. It gave me the feeling of mom and pop  with professionalism. I really appreciated the young man that helped me, he was friendly and very honest.  At the end I was able to get excellent work at a great price.

The ladies and mechanics at Star Tire were so kind and went the extra mile to make sure I was safe on the road. They were not just doing their job but really making sure I was safe! My car was being serviced by another mechanic and where providing services for them on my car (hope I just made sense) at any rate, they were awesome and now I will go directly to them for all my tire/tune-up/safety inspections!!!💕 Happy to go to a place I can trust!

I have to say that place is great. I have a Audi A6. And I don’t let just anyone touch it. They made me very confident.plus they did a great job and they know there products.

Absolute worst experience in my life with not just a tire shop, any business in general. The owner, Andy, is a complete smart ass to his customers and the lady at the front desk is even worse. Claim to have lowest prices guaranteed yet charged me double what Tire Express in North Haven did last week.

Save yourself the hassle and money, go somewhere like Town Fair tire where the prices are actually the lowest guaranteed.

Oh and all of the 5 star reviews on here are bought because they want to cover up the 1 star reviews from the past. Scroll down and see what the one star reviewers have to say about their experience. And then Andy continues to smart talk with the customer. 
The customer is always right, but the folks at Star Tire definitely havent heard of that saying before.

William answered the phone and I explained to him that I ran a flat on the hwy, and how I was unable to find the tires I needed on my BMW the same day. I had to have them special ordered but in the meantime I needed to be able to drive my car as I was going to drop my parents to JFK airport. William was very understanding and offered me a loaner tire and fixed it within 15 mins. I would give them all stars for their out of the box thinking and honesty. They checked all my other tires and did not try to squeeze me into spending money for another tire, like many other big box tire retailers would do. I stumbled upon them and I am so glad I did. Honest, reliable and smart people working here!!! Keep it up guys 😊.
