They never do the right drink as ordered, I ordered iced shaken espresso with white mocha, light heavy cream and ex caramel drizzle, on the end I had drink with no caramel and no heavy cream and the price always different. Not recommend this location
The service is not that great. I made a mobile order & still had wait 20 minutes more than the estimated time to pick up order. My drink was not correct I was too annoyed I didn’t bother to get it remade because I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes. There wasn’t a lot of people in the store it looks like they were focused more on drive thru versus the people in store. My suggestion is pick up the pace a little
Ordered a Venti Drink and they gave it to me half filled & as I ask barita to remake it they just state “that’s how the drink is” which I never argue back over it. Their the baristas they know better but everytime I order the same drink from the location on Lake cook road The Venti cup is always filled to the top & not given to me half way filled like this location did so
This is not a good Starbucks! Today I ordered online a Tall Strawberry Refresher and I received a Trenta one. The Hot Chocolate that I got was cold. I will not order from this location again.
To say we frequent this Starbucks is an understatement! I don’t just go here because I love the drinks! I love the staff equally as much! They go above and beyond any other store I’ve ever been to! Mindy the manager has this store so well run and her partners are truly like a family! I love THIS STARBUCKS!!!
They almost all the time have my orders ready by the time I get there. If it's not ready I doubt I wait more than a minute. Went through the drive thru for the first time today and was in and out with 6 cars ahead of me. Great customer service, fast and friendly
Don't waste your time here, ordered a black coffee with a sandwich and none of it was even started 15nin later. Honestly it's worth the drive to go to a different Starbucks. This place is slow

A little pricey but a very nice place to meet a friend for some catching up.Food: 4/5
Everything I’ve ordered tastes so good and they have very nice employees with great customer service. The only thing is when I receive my iced coffee drinks, the bottom half is warm as if the milk sits outside the fridge for a long while. It’s gross to me to drink it like that so I have to refrigerate it or freeze it for a bit before drinking it but it still tastes amazing afterwards.
