I easily spend 300$ a month on Starbucks and order it almost daily. This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to they always get my order wrong but usually fix it no problem. I order the Same thing every day gr shkn esp Light ice In a ventI cup No classic 7 pumps white mocha Wipp Ouad And it always comes out great at other locating...today I got a quarter of my cup filled with hate! My other drink was completely wrong too When I asked them to remake they took my messed drinks back and just added to them!!! I mean I don’t care if you take the messed up drinks back but I’ve never had them just add to them before and not make them fresh. Now I understand that there was a new working there making them but one of the team members I KNOW that’s been there for awhile literally heard what was going on and didn’t step in to help or coach! Not ok! This store will not be getting my money anymore

I got a chocolate mocha and  Is a lemon loaf.  Got my coffee but didn't get my pastry pastry. When asked about it they looked at me like what are you talking about. Then he remembered  just rude customer service.

Really what negative things can you say about Starbucks right? The customer service was awesome, the drinks were equally as awesome! My only issue was the wait time, there were only a few people ahead of us but it took about 15-20 minutes to get 3 drinks. But the excellent customer service out weighed that.

I don’t come to Starbucks often but when I do, it’s always this location. I really wish I knew the employees name female/shorter hair/50-60’s/register every time I go in and this morning I told her my name and she said, “YESSSS I KNEW THAT! I ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU AND I SHOULDVE KNOWN THE NAME TO PUT.” It was just a super cute moment because I felt special. I felt remembered. Not to mention, the store had business cards out for their store manager and the cards had braille!! I was just very satisfied with my Starbucks experience this morning.

They changed the temperature of my latte without a fuss. Even suggested to taste my drink because it was an unusual flavor before I left to make sure it was what I wanted.  Quickly, got a vagrant to leave as there was a rush. Very spot on team.

Intro - I rarely go to Starbucks, but this branch makes me want to go more often. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is the cost.  Food - Fails to disappoint. I'm not a huge coffee fan, but Starbucks' coffee is fantastic. The pastries and little sandwiches are great, too.  Service - The employees here have always been nice, which is great because every time I go here, it's usually super early in the morning. The have to be there by 4am!! I thought being at my work by 6am was bad...  Atmosphere - Very clean. Tables and floor alike. Has a nice coffee smell in the air, too.  Cost - The coffee, espresso, and other drinks are reasonable. But the food is expensive, the pastries and the sandwiches. It's a great place for a nice small breakfast, but be prepared to pony up over $10 for it.  Summary - This Starbucks is great, and if you go to Starbucks frequently, definitely check out this branch. If you rarely go there like me, then admire the courtesy of the employees but be prepared to pay.

I have never had any but smiles and great coffee from this location. I do my mobile orders here every morning and it has never failed. I am always greeted with a smile no matter how busy they are. By far my fave Starbucks!!! Kesh ROCKS!!!!

I order the same drink every day. And the management at this store seemed to HAVE TO BE RIGHT and UPCHARGE me 3 extra dollars for a 4$ drink. Not only did she fight with my husband while ordering it, when I called to complain she is so determined that she is correct in the outrageous upcharge, didn't even apologize or listen. Will not return to this location.

I do not shop Starbucks often. I do not like the coffee. As Starbucks go this one is nice. Indoor, no drive thru. Better coffee. Not very large and crowded, perhaps. But to change it would be to ruin it, maybe. How do you clean an old structure without rebuilding and that would probably destroy it for it's present charm.

I like getting Starbucks drinks but this location always messes up my drink unlike other locations. Today, I had an especially bad experience with the barista speaking badly about me to each other in front of my face and glaring at me. It's your fault for messing up the order. If the customer is respectfully requesting their drink to be made as ordered, you should not be rude.
