The Christmas spirit was alive and well at this Starbucks in Plant City today Christmas Day. The team was pleasant, energetic and topped with santa and reindeer hats. The Manager is an Army Vet and was leading the staff brilliantly providing awesome customer service and spreading Christmas cheer. Well done all !! Merry Christmas

Quick quality Starbucks service and coffee. The easy to get to, hard to get back to the interstate. A quick caffeine shot and your back on the road again.

Always friendly and courteous! Despite being one of the busiest locations, they get my orders right every time and out promptly.

Yesterday morning we ordered a few sandwiches and drinks on our way to a competition. There were at least 8 people behind the counter working, and they managed too forget about one of our drinks and two of our sandwiches. We told them several times that we were waiting and they insisted that they were "working on it now" but did not do anything. Another man who had ordered a sandwich complained that his was still ice cold, and a man who made a mobile order was given an empty cup with his name on it, and told that they were out of what he wanted and couldn't give him a refund. Finally, after 25 minutes of waiting they gave us our food and we were so rushed to leave that we did not check them. We got into the car only to find that the sandwiches were ice cold. 
We go to this starbucks often and never usually have any problems. But the service was terrible yesterday. They were forgetting about orders, and serving uncooked food.

Probably my least favorite Starbucks.  Would have given it 1 star, but c'mon, no Starbucks is 1 star.  Consistently slow and often mess up orders or are out of something.
