Completely backed up for about 20 minutes. No urgency to make anyone's drinks. Complaints about drinks while I was waiting for mine!

The staff was very nice :) 
The beautiful young lady who took our order was very sweet. ( we told her that her makeup was pretty) wish to know her name so she will know that we like her service. 1:37 PM

I love the service and my drinks are always accurate. Even at 5:30 on a Saturday morning the staff had welcoming smiles.

First bad expierence at a starbucks. Got a zombie frapp and was super excited my husband bough it walked to the car and it was already half melted tasted horrible like watered down chocolate. I went back in to ask if they could make it again and waited in line to be mocked and told yea it melts after awhile...awhile is not a 5 step walk from the car to the store. Then the guy behind the counter proceeded to talk to his co worker about me in front of me. They were "out" of one of the ingredients and the guy proceeded to say they had the correct ingredients but didn't feel like making it so told the new girl making my drink to used something else and said it wold taste about the same....never had someone so rude or lazy for making the drink the wrong way twice
