This review is based on the Starbucks Coffee house chain in general and not on this particular store location. First the positive aspects of Starbucks in general. I have always found Starbucks to be a relaxing place to unwind and relax at the end of the day and an excellent place to use their free Wi-Fi connection. It is also a good place to meet people and enjoy their company in this pleasant atmosphere. Now the negatives. I find Starbucks Coffee and food to be extremely overrated and overpriced and their speciality drinks are even worse. If you happen to like bitter coffee this might not matter to you however.

I love my Starbucks and have given this location several chances but they ALWaYS get it wrong!! They are not friendly at all and can’t make coffee! Don’t waste your hard earned money here and save yourself the hassle! I’d rather go down the street into the Target to get my coffee they never disappoint!

For a busy mom like myself, they gave me a wrong order 2 times in a row. I pay $5 for a Grande cappuccino with an extra shot while they gave me a black Grande coffee. I realized what they gave me when I already got to work.do you really think I have time to check my order with a screaming toddler on the way to work every day? Maybe...but if I have to think for you and myself then your coffee should be significantly less expensive.

Do NOT waste your money at this location. Go to the one down the road. I spend my hard earned money every single Morning at Starbucks. 1.) they have great coffee. 2.) they will get things right. Unfortunately I have given this location multiple chances!!! And they always seem to mess up my order making me late for work, or giving me crappy quality.

Cashier was a lil new, but the barrister handled my order of 5 complicated drinks without hardly any issues.  I appreciate the politeness and speed, especially on this busy black Friday.
