Received good, but not exceptional service. At the same time I dislike being overly doted on because its not genuine just merely financially motivated. This location wasn't overly crowded when I was there and their lobby was a lot cleaner and more kept up than many of the other Starbucks locations I've been to. Service was quick and my order prepared exactly how i wanted. One of the better Starbucks I've been to in a while.

For Christ sakes. This is Washington, just drive 50 more feet and go to a coffee hut. Better coffee for half the price. Last time (I'm  forced to go to Starbucks by a very mean 3yr old little girl that requires pink cake pops), I was hungry, so tried the new menu item ham and cheese croissant. Not sure if it was hard when they pulled it out of the fridge or if they put it in some special machine that magically transforms a buttery soft croissant  into a low density construction brick. Never going back.. unless SHE wants a cake pop.

Why cant this store figure it out?  Today is the second time I received my drink.....WITHOUT COFFEE!!!!  Once, I can let that go.  But this is the second time in 3 weeks!  Not to mention, the service at this store is poor.  The staff is cold and, as I mentioned, have difficulty getting orders correct.  The only plus to this store is its location.

So disgusting I ordered a caramel frappuccino and I found a big long black hair in the bottom of my drink and I was not even through the middle of my drink it it was disgusting!!
