My very first time at this location. The usual. But not so clean. Waited longer for my smoked butterscotch latte. Ask for an extra shot which I paid 80 cents with my Starbucks Goldcard for a grande cup that does not taste like having 3 shots in all. Quite disappointed for the taste and paying for extra shot. I guess the crew here are over worked on a daily basis. (Note: I do not usually give a review such like this one. Pardon my disappointment.)

The people are nice, but it is always packed without adequate parking. People are constantly parking in the 2 handicapped parking spots to just run in and get their to-go orders but they aren't handicapped, which means those of us with real handicaps are left having to walk further. They need a spot or two that are for mobile orders only and their staff need to tell their customers not to park in handicapped spots.

Despite all other Starbucks this one doesn't have a good customer service at all. Never had a pleasant experience over there. Amy is so rude!
I prefer to go to town center to get my coffee and not dealing with people with attitude!!

Horrible location. I was going through the drive thru for a drip coffee refill via my gold membership. Ordering at the first window went OK, but after waiting for 10 minutes I was notified by Kendall that I was not allowed to refill. I wish this was explained to me before I waited so long in line. I was very disappointed by the service I saw today.
