I used to absolutely love going to this Starbucks. They were always very friendly and always got my order right. However, I am definitely not happy with my latest experiences. I order one of the teas OFF OF THE MENU on my way to work. I use the drive thru to save time. Well, that's a joke. For the past 6 times that I've gone there I have given them my order and when I got to the window it was the wrong thing. They forget the sweetener, after they asked me if I wanted it sweetened, they forget the lemonade, even though it's in the title of the drink. This past time I ordered a trenta and they gave me a grande, which I could see also had no lemonade. Sorry, if I am paying five dollars for a drink then it better be right.

Clean with lots of different kinds of seating. A little noisy and the bathroom had a bit of a funky smell. Overall, a good Starbucks.

This store has poor attitudes. You never know what you are going to get when you come in or go thru the drive thru. I have experienced a rude and short individual at this location multiple times. Most recent was today in the drive thru. My last occasion was witnessing a staff member be so rude to a elderly customer that she cried. I hope that the manager can crack their team into shape. If you don't like tour job find another one.

I have had numerous positive experiences at this location. Service is friendly and fast. Great atmosphere for reading, studying or meditating.
