Good coffee as usual, very cold in here, I have been here multiple times and it's always too cold. It's not unusual to see customer s wearing coats while they sit and sip coffee. Not sure why they can't turn up the heat. Going to find a better coffee shop for the winter!

Clean restaurant, as usual with this chain, with friendly baristas. The gal serving me was helpful with an item not exactly listed on the menu and the evolution of the Black and White Mocha/Tuxedo drink. For anyone who is curious the difference between this two hot drinks (I didn't know they weren't the same) is that the Tuxedo has half as many shots of mocha as the Black & White which has 4 pumps of each mocha. I love this sweet, hot drink which sounds like it may evolve again and be added back to the menu. It is the only drink I ever get when I go to Starbucks and is my only real attraction to "getting coffee." Seriously delicious!

I love the Starbucks of Sanford it's my Favorite place! Super nice baristas, they all make a point to get to know me and what I like to order! They all say hey Jamie every time I walk in which makes me feel special! Very clean and a delightful smell of coffee when u walk in! I always leave with a big smile and an extra pep in my step! I can count on a wonderfully yummy food or beverage every time!!

Decided to stop today to get a Chai tea. It was terrible !! I love my Chai tea so took it back. Staff was great about it and made me a new one. I don't know who you get your Chai from but perhaps you should look into a product by Big Train. I usually make my own but decided to treat myself today. Please take the time to taste this drink. The staff was great but the drink was terrible.

Me: Can I get a regular coffee please? Her: Ok what size? Me: Medium please. Her: (girl with 3 colors in her hair at the drive through Sunday morning) Cream and sugar? Me: Cream and honey please. Then I take off the top no cream no honey a black coffee. Then I go in and she sends another girl to take care of me and my problem.Young lady please I understand that your here in Sanford but don't treat people like trash. Stand up for the brand "Starbucks" you need more training maybe in another store like close to downtown Raleigh or something where you can develop people's skills.
