The staff is very friendly, but they are understaffed in the middle of the day. There is plenty of seating and a quiet atmosphere. Be careful with online ordering from here. The Starbucks app seems to not like this place as I have difficulty finding it on the app. I can be less than a mile away and the app picks the Sequoia Station Starbucks.

The Starbucks inside of Safeway on middle and El Camino. So there's plenty of parking but there is a line. Of course there's a line did you expect anything different

Cashier was impatient with taking my order. Listened to half of what I had to say then cut me off mid sentence. I get that you need to get customers in and out as fast as you can...but you need to LISTEN. Don't rush customers. Not happy with service of this location.

Yesterday we came here & they don't take your name like most Starbucks. So when your order is ready, you don't hear it. They also don't tell you which counter each item will be delivered at. Today we had everything except for my drink ready to go. We were wondering what was taking so long as we watched a fast guy make 10 complicated drinks & people who came after us leaving quick & happy. My drink was really simple: tea bag + hot water. When the lady finally delivered it she did so with a grumpy face, didn't say the drink name or anything, so I asked "is this the mint tea" she stops, says yes. Then I asked, "May I have a Venti?" It was the wrong size & I asked politely, but she wasn't in the mood, grabbed the cup without saying anything, then took it back. She replaced it without saying anything. I understand everyone has bad days, but there was a world of difference between our barista & the guy who was busting out more complicated drinks while having friendly conversations with all the customers as if he knew & talked to all the regulars. I have 3 stars because of a not-so-great experience. Starbucks starts people's days, so the experience should always be motivating. Please consider customer experience in the hiring & training process.

Always good, strong espressos. Most of the time you're going to wait. . But what do u expect, it's a popular Starbucks on El Camino in Redwood City.
