So we ordered the Caramel Brûlée and they were out of it. We ordered Salted Caramel and it's still the Holiday Season, they are out. We ordered a donut, they are out!! This seems like more of a hole in the wall than a nice coffee shop! KEEP STOCKED UP ON EVERY ITEM HOPEWELL, VA STARBUCKS! Senseless. This is going on every social media outlet if there isn't a response!!!

I had a very enjoyable visit to this particular Starbucks this morning. The lady who really knows me from the drive-thru microphone speaker was so very kind. She was nothing but a friendly and also made sure to ask if I wanted some food along with my drink which I always appreciate it. She serviced me with a smile. I also use the restroom facilities and everything in the place is sparkling clean.

Starbucks is a great establishment but also lacking in some areas. The staff often forget that this is a place some people come to sit and relax. The staff are very loud and and make it challenging for customers to be able to focus or just sit back and unwind. I also feel like some of the baristas are not as trained and others. Generally the drinks are delicious, but just like this morning, my mocha was just not good. The reason for my drink not being up to par could be due to all of the talking and socializing going on behind the counter.

Have been a very frequent customer for years. The staff was always so polite and friendly. The drinks are made correctly and promptly.

But lately I've noticed that the later shifts are impatient when taking a large order, sometimes down right rude and have issues ensuring mobile orders are made. I've tried other area locations, but the drinks aren't made "my way" as well as they are at this location. Thus, I try to only visit during 1st shift to avoid disappointment over service. Hope they are able to return to the level of great employees on all shifts as they once had.

I love going to Starbucks. I always get the caramel frappe. You can taste the quality.
