Great place! I took my family our for hot chocolate on a cold night recently. I worried about the temperature for the kids. The kids hot chocolates came piping warm while the ones for my wife and I were piping hot. Very considerate for a company to care about those kinds of details. The staff were great too very professional and helpful.

I don't know why I bother going inside anymore? The drive-through customers get nearly all of the attention. I counted twelve cars while only two customers inside got their drinks. This is happening in all drive-through stores. I suppose I'll have to stop going inside.

Drinks were amazing & so was the customer service. When I pulled in the DT the line was so long but it moved so quickly!!

Good, when I actually get what I order. I usually have perfectly normal experiences at Starbucks, but the last two times I've gone to this one I've had issues.
First, I went through the drive-thru on my birthday to get my free drink and didn't realize until I got home that I got someone else's drink.
The next time I went, I ordered a drink and a panini through the app and wasn't notified that they don't have paninis on Mondays (what???) until I arrived to pick up my order. The app let me order it, so something there is wrong.
I guess from now on, I'll be going out of my way to the Latham or Target locations to avoid these seemingly-localized issues.

I always get this same thing. A caramel mocha frap with almond milk and whip cream with the caramel and when they have the salt that as well. At this specific location it never tastes right. It always has a slightly burnt after taste. I don't know what they do, or use but they never get it right I even asked for extra caramel thinking that was it. And it just tasted too sweet. Other than that. The service is fast and friendly and they're pretty clean
