The past 5 times I have placed a mobile order to pick up at this location, it has been wrong each time. Then, as to not be a jerk, I get back in line to wait, to inform a cashier. Now, one may ask, why do I continue to go to this Starbucks? Well, it's literally 2 minutes from my house and I truly enjoy the taste of the company's coffee compared to other establishments that are in the proximity of my household. In the past, I have already typed out multiple complaint letters to customer service to inform them of the lack of competence at this particular franchise, and to no avail, have there been any improvements. Or maybe, the employees there recognize my name from the mobile order(s) and deliberately make my order wrong or give me the wrong item. Which would be extremely absurd, inappropriate and the epitome of poor customer service. As I work in banking, a customer service atmosphere itself, and if I intentionally didn't do a transaction a customer wanted or didn't follow-up when I said I would, not only would it reflect poorly on myself, my co-workers and my branch but it would affect the overall reputation of the bank itself. Since I don't know who is assembling my order and making the drinks, there is not an individual that could be addressed to review their errors. Not once have I ever tipped this Starbucks after a mobile order. If I were the manager, I would be embarrassed that my team can't complete the simplest of tasks.

97% of the people who work here are great!!!! they have a great customer service, very friendly and always great you with a smile.... this is definitely a place to come and hang out or study.
