Not sure how they do it but there is never a long wait for my drink here. This location has the friendliest staff and a great manager. Its always a great atmosphere and I've even crammed for a few finals here.

This is my first time here. The wait is long. Right now it is around 9:30 am. Probably they are short in staff. It takes me more about 15 mins to ask my order.

As far as the quality of the coffee goes, it could be a lot better. Having a black cup of coffee, you can tell the beans that are used are roasted for too long, and you get a nasty burnt taste in every sip. They make up for it somewhat by adding flavors and such, but you still get a hint of that burnt flavor. The hot chocolate is nice, and the tea is decent. Staff is friendly.

They people who work here are nice, but are uninformed about the area they work in. Food is pretty bad coffee is okay but I should have gone to a different location of Starbucks.

Rarely takes more time than needed, whether this place is slammed or has zero customers, orders always go out at light speed. Use this location often for 5-10 individual orders, always correctly made.
