I've been going to this Starbucks for almost 10 years. They do a great job of hiring knowledgeable and helpful staff. I never feel inferior when placing an order or asking for a recommendation from the Baristas. They have no problem accommodating any specialty order. They have a big table in the back that can seat 8 which works for me since I visit weekly for meetings with my company.

I had to leave the Starbucks back to back days because the same homeless people just pile in and smelled  so incredibly bad I couldn’t take it. I respect people in tough times and nothing against them, but as a customer at Starbucks I don’t feel like I should get approached for money while I’m driving to work.  I also watched them take turns going outside to smoke crack. Just sayin’

This Starbucks has really friendly employees who seem happy at their job. This location does seem to be frequented by various characters many of whom you may end up in conversation with if you stay long enough. It's connected to the Marriott hotel lobby so you don't have to leave the building if you're staying in the hotel.
