Everyone who works at this location is SO nice! I literally came through the drive through crying one day lol and the barista was so kind and made my day. I always stop here on my way to work in the morning and despite it being so early they’re always so cheerful and sweet. I appreciate all they do and their hard work!
The tall male who wears a skull mask at the window has the best costumer service ever! Very excited to be there! Will be coming to this location from now on.
love this location!!! there are two male baristas who knew me by name and were always incredibly kind. one was a tall blonde, he usually had his nails done. the other was a buy with a full beard. both of them are amazing. only stopped going to this store because i moved out of hendersonville.
My lucky Day they didn’t have change for hundred so they just gave it to me!Thanks soooo much made my kids day.They said now we can have more money to eat on lol.
This is definitely the worst Starbucks in the area. The customer service if you can call it that is deplorable, and nobody seems to care about their job or their patrons.
