I received the most helpful service from Rowan today!!! I was stung on my finger by a wasp at Marion Square and went to the Starbucks to see if I could wash my hands. She was extremely kind and attentive, taking a moment to get me a cup of ice, an antiseptic wipe, and bandaid, as well as checking on me multiple times. This Starbucks has great drinks and better people :
Busy in town location, but the process was really well laid out. The status board and labeled pick-up section made it easy and efficient. We were here during the Cooper River Bridge Run more than 35,000 racers on a rather cool day. The staff did a great job of getting orders out quickly, even with it being an extremely busy day.Service: 5/5
This is very nice Starbucks I was here before it was updated and now the refreshment it is complete it is way nicer than it was before , very open easy to get in and get out after you order and pay , coinvent spot . The drinks are pricy but the drinks are worth it favorite two Carmel ribbon and Lavender it makes you feel energetic and full of positive energy the morning. Starbucks also offers free samples of new limited time drinks different everyday I tried the one which was a spicy pineapple sample amazing .
Rowan was so kind and had the best attitude and service. She made me and my friends feel welcome and makes amazing drinks!Food: 5/5
Average Starbucks experience. I would return.Food: 4/5
I was staying at the Francis Marion last week for a work conference, which is attached to this Starbucks. Each morning my co-worker, Maddi, and I would go down to Starbucks and order from Summer. Listen, I’ve never been so happy to go to a Starbucks before. Summer would call us by our name when we walked in, even though we were only there for 4 days. Like come on now, that’s awesome! Maddi and I would randomly comment to each other throughout the day how awesome the atmosphere was because of Summer. Summer and their co-workers were in such great moods that it really helped put the day in motion. Summer, keep it up because you were absolutely awesome!! Thank you for our delicious drinks!!
This Starbucks is fairly large and has some tables and couches. The staff are friendly and patiently explain simple concepts to customers, like the fact that a caramel macchiato has espresso. I did not need to wait long. My talk mocha was too sweet and tasted more like Swiss miss cocoa but that might have to do with Starbucks potentially changing the syrup or recipe in the last decade. Customers spill things frequently so some parts of the cafe are dirtier than others.
This is a pretty good Starbucks and although their coffee is not the best it is still one of the best in the area. I like the local design and décor that is here as it is very Charleston. The service here is quick and friendly and you can tell that they care about what they are doing. This location is very convenient and easy to walk to. This is a reliable place to get some good coffee.
I ordered EIGHT dragonfruit w/ lemonade and paid 72 and you just decided to send four and never return my money.Food: 1/5
Always busy, but the baristas there are constantly on 10 making sure that everything runs efficiently, despite having to deal with some of the most impatient, entitled, and rude people I have ever witnessed. Most of these ditsy rich kids with their low reviews have never worked a day in their lives, and take it personal when minor mistakes are made by baristas during rush. Also, the amount of times I’ve witnessed grown men berating baristas over half their age for minor mistakes, such as not putting enough foam on top of their hot drink THE FOAM MELTS YOU IDIOT is ridiculous. If I could cause people that behave like this at their grown age to spontaneously combust into flames with my mind, I would. Nobody cares that you’re in a rush because guess what, so are the other 20 customers that came before you. So wait in line and behave like an adult. Anyway, great place!
