Today I came in and ordered my regular coffee like usual. There was no line and it wasn’t busy at all so my order was taken right away. Usually I’m not one to complain but I waited over 10 minutes for one drink and ended up missing my bus. I placed the order way before the bus even got there. Long story short I asked the barista making drinks if she can make mine real quick as I needed to go and she apologized and said the mobile orders cut me in line and that mine would be made. I’m assuming she would make mine next but she just continued with the mobile orders til one of the other baristas made my drink. Already at that point I seen my bus drive by and it was too late. A quick stop turned into a 10 minute wait over one small drink. Please prioritize people in the lobby before doing mobile orders it wasn’t even busy in the lobby.
I have worked in the area for 7 years. 10/16/24 was more worse experience ever. It wasn't crowded, there was a staff of two people. The so-called barista was rude. I asked for Tall with steamed heavy cream and received a Venti that was lukewarm before I got out the door good. I asked why was this more expensive, she debated that it was the price and the other Starbucks have been giving cheating me by under charging me?. I noticed it was a Venti after it was handed to her by the other employee that slumped out of the back of the store. I asked for lemon cake. The so-called barista said we're out of lemon cake. I saw pumpkin bread and asked for pumpkin bread, she immediately said we're out of lemon cake and chocolate chip cookies! Was this a bias? I repeated myself on the pumpkin bread but with her attitude she couldn't be trusted. Let me repeat seven years in the area which implies a lot of money spent UH and CASE employee, and some kid left in charge makes you feel you're interrupting their day, and condescends about the technical "Starbucks name" for steamed heavy cream and half @# the service. Never again. Think about it, spent a lot of money in 7 years...put up with a lot of bad service but this was the worst.
Zero in store ordering. Girl at counter gave significant attitude and was insulting when we explained we couldn't find the store on the app. Ordering a black hot coffee without any customization took 15 minutes. I guess this Starbucks does not want any new business.
It seem like they needed more help, the line moved super slow. The cashier was nice and professional. The sandwich was ok, I would order again.Food: 4/5
I can't help but feel that this locations latest redesign is unwelcoming and a mess when it comes to customer flow. Starbucks apparently doesn't want that hang out in coffee shop feel anymore. They seem to prefer a crowd the front atmosphere while pressing your backside into the personal space of people sitting at tables. Putting the pick up table front and center certainly forces a crowd up front. Poor redesign.
The new crew is not the friendliest bunch. Employee saw me burn my hand cause the lid wasn't on properly didn't say or do anything when I said something about needing a napkin her response was those lids are so defective! I burnt my hand and she did not care. Bring Liz backService: 1/5
This is the second time the barista was so unfriendly and grumpy when i told her she forgot something that I opted for in my mobile order. Other than that people there are nice and friendlyFood: 5/5
ordered a black coffee, waited 19 minutes and had to leave prior to receiving my order due to prolonged wait time. so now i am out $3.95 and don't have a coffee
1. Some baristas are rude. 2. There are no restrooms, which is a poor design if you sit down and get coffee with a friend or sit down to read a book. 3. The chairs are quite uncomfortable. This is definitely one of the worst Starbucks I've visited ever.
