I love Marisa Because she’s so warm and welcoming. You should give her a big razor I will steal her away from you. She’s the best Starbucks employees you’ve ever had and she has a lot of class and when you smile. Very busy but staff was doing great getting drinks out.  My dog enjoyed hers too!

This place used to be coffee go to place. But recently I've noticed some staff change and the service quality has gone down significantly. Staff members are constantly chatting with each other without even paying any attention to customers. My grande iced coffee often takes more than 20 minutes for them to make, which to me is ridiculously long. I will start to try somewhere else in the area. I will also not recommend this place to my friends and coworkers until the quality of service improved.

I think this might have been the best crew to serve me at a Starbucks. No drive-thru but the service makes you want to make this you go to spot every day. Shout out to Marissa, Ciara, and Marco for giving joy through your work!

If only they would say “ sorry I messed up your order but let me get it right this time” ! I was told a different name on my free order. Then told  I had my order incorrect a few times. Nope, you wrong again! But why are you telling me that instead of listening and not accusing me. They gave excuses as if I purposely ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with NO coffee in it on purpose. I only care to get my order correct. NO EXCUSES Lordy.

Ordered using the app. When I arrived to pick it up they had not noticed the order - had to point out I was waiting on an on line order. No apology plus the drink was made incorrectly. Probably will not come back to this location unless I just happen to be in the area. And if so I’ll definitely check my drink before leaving!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks on and off for a couple of years throughout high school/middle school yes I’m young. I have rarely ever been disappointed and would recommend coming here for sure. For one lines are typically shorter than other local ones bad customer service is always good!

For a Starbucks they were not handling the rush of people. Example. I ordered online and waited at pick up for close to 5 min... I had to ask about my order to be told mobile orders are next to the register.  Near the door I walked in.

People are very nice but no outlets for your laptop. Not ideal for working but good if you want to meet and chat with ppl. Only outlet is near the wall at the back in one of those cushy leather seats. Would be a perfect spot if not for that.

Staff needs training on order accuracy, sweeteners shouldn't be added to black coffees unless explicitly requested.  Has happened multiple times, go to the location down the street for better service.
