The staff are friendly and efficient. Don't let the long lines scare you away, that's just love of great coffee not a sign of a long wait. They are speedy and accurate delivering your caffeine craving with a smile.

Fast efficient drive thru, caramel frappacino are the bomb! Staff goes out if there way to bring you great friendly service .

The car line is usually so long it is quicker to park and walk in.  Otherwise, it's a Starbucks.  You either love em or hate em.

So friendly. I love that they ask me how I'm doing every time I come to the window, and actually let me answer! Orders spot on, coffee fantastic. Love the diversity of the employees, each one feels so different and unique, but share the same social qualities. Fantastic place.

I quit going to this location 2 years ago, because of their lack of organization and attitude. Today I thought I would give it another chance, my mistake. I ordered trenta sized blended ice tea and after paying for it
