I like the service of this Starbucks. But I recommend that while customers are inside the establishment, they do not use brooms to keep the place clean, since this emits particles from the ground into the air that fall on tables and consumers can breathe these particles and get sick. Instead of brooms, they can use a vacuum cleaner. Thank you.

Large available seating and parking.  About 12 tables inside and 6 spots outside to sit. Ivan the barista is personable and fast. Music wasn't too loud. Great place for coffee and a quick meet up of computer work.Food: 4/5

First time coming in this location! Outside looks a bit sad but inside the store is actually pretty good! I like the vibe that they provide for customers! I went there for study space and twas a nice and good one! Would love to visit again! : Cheers Service: 5/5

I've observed this location for 7 months. Outside seating area in front as you go in is horrible. It is never clean.  Tables say no smoking. Sad, there are smokers all out front of the doorway through out the day. Dirty and smells on approach. This location needs to get it together. Shame on the Brand. Service and employees should be better. Location is not organized and cozy.  Where is the nice Starbucks music?  Wheelchair accessibility: Groups of Smokers and trash in front time to time.

Man.... This is a perfect location and setup for casual and business meetings. Spacious with sturdy chairs and tables for meetings and comfortable chairs for more casual meetings. Outdoor seating is also available. It's in a strip small so there's no drive thru but there is lots of parking. Service was great. Bathrooms were cleaned up as well.

Omg, I don't know how many time they had to redo our orders,  it was simple but they couldn't get it right. Three workers but only one was doing everything and the other two were just standing there talking... Food: 2/5

This coffee  franchise restaurant has the best customer service. The happiest employees. And probably the best version of the Houston view    of locals who call this place home . The African American or Black  morning manager deserves a promotion. She is very exceptional at her job description. I would also recommend this particular Starbucks for training. As well as a awesome chill spot. The folks who sit here in conversation would be perfect for a conversation. Especially about football , politics, & local reviews.

Nice and clean with plenty of seating inside and out. Drink came out as requested.

I've mobile ordered at this location about 7-8 times and I've only gotten my order correct twice. Half the time they forget to use the non dairy milk that I get charged for or they forget extra drizzle or extra syrup pumps. I don't have time to get a remake by the time I realize the drink isn't right. I just want the drink that I'm paying almost $10 for the way I ordered it

Really need to extend your hours of operation. Closing at 6pm when most other Starbucks locations close after 9pm is inconsistent.
