WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is so rude and have the meanest look on their faces. There’s a girl with the ugliest attitude and resting B face. She slams peoples drinks, instead of handing it to people and says Nothing to the customer. Someone asked for extra whipped cream on the side the other day and she just slammed it on the counter instead of handing it to the customer directly and it wasn’t even busy at the time. But regardless if it’s busy or not, that should not affect the customer service. I witnessed a situation this morning where a customer was complaining about that same employee slamming her drink. She spoke to the “supervisor” and the supervisor was very insensitive and handled the situation poorly. She made an excuse for the employee as to why she was slamming people’s drinks instead of trying to make things right with that customer. I feel the tension every time I walk into this store and this morning’s situation was the last straw for me. Starbucks is known for their great customer service and friendly and welcoming attitude. This store is making Starbucks look horrible.

I ordered two Brown Sugar Almond milk coffees one grande and one Venti. It wasn't good at all...it tasted like water. We tried it at Target in Santa Ana and it tasted nothing like the one we ordered from Target. This Starbucks was once my favorite location to go in the years of 2016-2019 Very disappointed

I came to get few drinks for my coworker and me in the morning to start a day. I asked for a cup of ice and they said wait for a sec but that a sec took me like 20 mins straight. Is it that hard to scoop a pack of ice in a cup and give it to customer? Their attitude is very rude and not friendly at all. Shop was neither that crowded to make staffs upset face nor forced customer to wait for a long time just to get a cup of ice. My day was never ever came any worse :

The venti drip with creme I normally get with 50 stars is doubling to 100 stars, plus their drinks getting more expensive, are reasons why I am taking more of my business to other coffee shops. Less incentives to stay loyal with them.

This coffee shop was horrible! Their coffee is completely watered down and not strong at all! The poor lady that was making it had no clue and had to ask me a couple times and it was junk! My husbands coffee was suppose to be iced and not one piece of ice was actually in it! So disappointing! Will never return! We threw away our coffees ! What a waste

We went in this morning for a cup of dark roast and we’re pleased to be greeted as soon as we walked in. Then again by the cashier who took our order. : They had just run out of dark roast however we didn’t mind waiting more so because we asked so nicely by the cashier if we would mind waiting. The coffee was made just right!! And we were thanked for our purchase. It was all of the small things that made our visit so great! Thank you ladies!!

1- the place was a little dirty 2- The girl who took my order didn't listen very well, looked bored, and... 3-  they got my order Wrong.  They did remake the order, but didn't say sorry for making me wait or thank you, just ''here you go"
