Crews are nice and kind. Store is clean and neat. Super duper busy and popular place. Drive thru is always long line so coffee or drink are fresh. But Double-smoked bacon sandwiches are always sold out so quickly. Super sad. And sometimes they had a stocking systems. I ordered something always not stocking and sold out so many things. But except that mostly Good.

Worst one yet! I've been here a handful of time in my 10 years of being in The Couve, and EVERYTIME ITS MESSED UP! I even reiterated my request of extra crunchies and Crunchies on the bottom of the cup. She said "Yeah we'll do that!" Yeah, ok... There were no Crunchies on the bottom and literally a few Pebbles here and there on the top. If I'm paying this much to treat myself to a coffee, it should not be this hard to get what is asked for and clearly explained. Never coming back to this location!

This Starbucks is different, the staff isn't interested in the customers, they don't engage with you. It took ordering my drink 3 times for her to get it right. The girl who made my drink was wonderful, she had me taste it and wanted to make sure it was right!

Every morning when I happen to stop by here, the man on the drive through service is so wonderful! He is always so cheerful, so friendly and just so warm with the customers. There’s been several times where I’ve had a bad morning but his customer service turns the day around. Wonderful service and drinks!

I don't know the ladies name who took our  order but I was having trouble deciding what additives to put in my coffee and out comes this very soothing melodious voice that was so calming that I was able to center myself and tell her what I was trying to say.  Drive-thru is not my choice of ordering anything.  She is obviously a great fit! Thanks

Shortage of strawberry puree so I wasn't able to get my favorite drink but I was told I could make something similar but with raspberry! I might get this from now on! Service is always quick and kind!Food: 5/5

A bit challenging if you're placing a late order as you can only pick it up through the drive-through after 7 PM makes things rather difficult. Drinks have always been made correctly and quickly here I have yet to have a poor experience barista's have always been very helpful and very knowledgeable. Had a mis made drink today, and the barista was super sweet and quickly corrected the drink from cold to hot. Printout didnt note hot either, which was surprising

I come thru here and get the venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch at least 4 times a week. And I kid you not it’s hit or miss what I’ll get. Sometimes no extra at all and sometimes extra caramel and no crunch or Vice versa. It’s ridiculous if I did my job by these standards I’d be out of a job. I normally don’t post about these kinda things but I feel like when you’re paying almost 15$ for 2 coffees they should be on point 90% of the time. It’s more like 20% here. Sadly I think I’m I’m done with Starbucks the prices have only went up and the quality has went down.

Busy but friendly Starbucks.  Has a drive through too.  I often stop here on my way home from the Portland Airport ....Coffee up for the 2 hour drive home.

I’ve got the same drink multiple times from other Starbucks and it is always fairly consistent from location to location. Got the drink here once and it’s nothing at all like other locations. So far off…Probably won’t be back.
