Not impressed. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. I stood in the store for 15 minutes before anyone greeted the line at the register,  only to tell everyone the wait was over 45 minutes. I only wanted a brewed coffee, however ZERO coffee was even brewed. None. A coffee shop with no coffee, imagine that. Terrible service.Service: 1/5

You Gotta Give it to Starbucks; They are Consistent.  Starbucks’ strength is in how rigidly consistent they are in their preparation and execution of their food and drinks. I typically order the same thing peppermint mocha, with four shots of espresso and it comes out the same at every location. Of course, I’ve had the occasional screw-up, but they have been far and few between. This location prepped my drink and sandwich just like I’ve had it back home in Kansas City. They have a nice setup of high and low tables right next to the windows overlooking an intersection in downtown Cincinnati. The employees there are either working to serve customers or cleaning the establishment. The wi-fi is good with reliable connections; I clocked the speed at 35 mbps. One thing I will say about consistency is that it creates the need to simplify products and find efficiencies at the cost of quality. One of the best business lessons I learned is you can only pick two of the following three: good, fast, or cheap. And depending on your tastes, patience, and expenditure threshold, Starbucks can get sliced in many ways. For me, in this experience, I say my drink was good and fast, and my sandwich was fast and cheap. Overall, a fine experience and I will continue my patronage… despite Starbucks’ unfavorable changes to their loyalty program.

My friend and I went to this Starbucks during her daughter's dance convention. I ordered a venti, pumpkin spice, frap, quad expresso and was given grande, pumpkin spice, cap, quad expresso. Then was given a grande version of my order.  When I told them that I ordered a venti, all they did was add enough whip in a venti cup to make the grande into a venti. My friend ordered a latte of pumpkin spice mocha and got a frap. Seriously the WORST service I've ever had at a Starbucks.

It just wasn't a great experience. They didn't make either of my drinks right. When I told them they didn't taste good, I got push back. I informed them it wasn't sweet and asked them to add sweetener and they told me what the ingredients were like I wasn't allowed to ask for additional sweetener. The 2nd time it was made correctly but it felt like pulling teeth to be satisfied with the coffee. Oh and starbucks has THE WORST HOT CHOCOLATE. It doesn't matter what store I go to, it's not good.

Inconsistent hours, order ahead is hardly ever available anymore Editing to take away a star because drinks are now made incorrectly on a consistent basis. Ordered a white hot chocolate the other week that came out as a regular hot chocolate. Twice now my London Fog Tea Latte has been missing key components - first no milk - just plain tea, then today no vanilla

They usually mess up my order, i was already running late. I should have just been even more late to work, at least my order would have been right at the other location two blocks awayFood: 1/5

I dont know if this team gets enough credit. Working downtown is hard and how busy they are. They bust there butts everyday never complain and smile. They all deserve more money. Amazing job!

Amazing service provided! I always place mass orders for my team at another store and recently switched to this one. The waitress here is so friendly and helpful, she puts our coffee on the tray and gives us a bag for the sandwiches in advance. Extremely considerate!

Very efficient Starbucks always gets orders correct in a timely manner. Easy parking access and nice staff members.
