Really good staff very friendly and fast but also not so fast that you feel like you're just being rushed. I tend you have not the normal order here it gets a little complicated but not for this one I've been to some Starbucks where it seem like when I place my order that they got annoyed or you know even rude to me. So highly recommend and I will be back......

By far my favorite location around! I always order ahead on the app and pick up in the drive through. I never have to wait long, everything is always correct and well-made, and everyone is always SO nice!! They really make me smile at the end of a long day.Food: 5/5

And my basic dogs love Starbucks. Every time we go to Starbucks, we talk about bringing them along for a pup cup. They know the words when we decide to drink coffee at home, and they get upset. I got hooked on a holiday drink, and now my go-to is the white chocolate mocha hot or cold. But when I'm trying to slim down they have many options for you as well. From Almont milk, or skinny latte or water. I love the tomatoes mozzarella sandwich and the bacon Gouda

Loved being able to find a Starbucks so close to my home in Rockwall. Drive thru was a little wacky but not terrible. Can't go wrong with Starbucks, everyone should know that.Food: 5/5

It's cold outside! But cozy in here. Festive with a Peppermint Mocha and I found a Canadian penny heads up. I think that's a good sign? Either way super friendly place to warm up and catch up on my Tab S8. Thanx y'all!Food: 5/5

Omg you guys always go above and beyond to suggest little changes to my drinks and they are always PHENOMENAL today they put cinnamon cold foam with caramel drizzle and cinnamon or cinnamon dolce powder on my drink and it was DELICIOUS! The worlds BEST Baristas right here in Rockwall!! Best service EVER also!!!  I wish I could name every barista that has helped me at this location maybe I’ll start making a listbecause you are all phenomenal baristas!! This store has THE BEST customer service of any location I’ve been to. If I’m having a good day you make it better and if I’m having a bad day you definitely make it better. You take care and concern to make orders with care and really exemplify customer service! Thank You all for always going the extra mile! Other than the one female employee throwing orders on the counter, the rest of the staff was super friendly.

Nice, clean and quick service. We went inside for a quick breakfast on the way to airport. The plant based sandwich was a surprise addition for me. Most locations don’t serve plant based sandwich’s. Happy surprise!

I am not sure who could ever give this location a bad review let alone mediocre. The employees at this store are organized, know your name, anticipate your needs and generally are perfect. If you have had a bad experience here it would most likely be on you. Laguna is the most consistent store in the region.
