Professional and friendly staff and a clean and quiet space to study in! I came here today to work on my dissertation grad school struggles and this was the perfect study atmosphere! Not too busy, soft music, and a good amount of seating with accessible electrical outlets!Food: 5/5

I went to this Starbucks downtown and didn't get acknowledged. I was waiting in line and everybody had their backs turned even though they saw me walk in. Then some guy in business attire got immediate attention they made him cut me in line. I was literally told to move out of his way even though I was the one waiting and he had just come down for a sec. I walked out. I usually never have issues with Starbucks. Downtown Starbucks will never see my money again. That's the 3rd time I've had a bad experience with them. The workers always seem pretty lousy at this location.

We stopped in for coffee and discovered another customer aggressively verbally abusing one of the employees while video taping it. The staff responded in a very calm and professional way. Eventually the man left after all the customers made it clear this was not acceptable. The person receiving the abuse was composed. Service was good. Food was good. Exemplary staff.

Quality spot to relax and grab a coffee. Plenty of space and places to sit and spacious. Had couches and tables for remote workFood: 4/5

Great location with even greater baristas!  Fast, accurate and friendly....but the accolades don't stop there. The location is perfect for a quick stop or dining in anytime. You can pull right up to the front door, run in and pickup your passion. I'll definitely be a regular here!  Click the thumbs up icon up below if you like my review. Beautiful store and the baristas are awesome. Such a nice place to grab a cup of coffee. Make sure you walk over to the Asylum St side as it’s located in the wrong area on Google Maps. Fantastic experience!

Not so easy to spot behind tinted glass for an out of towner, this Starbucks is pretty narrow and the staff struggle to keep up with the flow of customers when it's busy. After the morning rush, it empties out and is a pleasant and calm place to sit and recharge. Access is via street and 185 Cityplace.

Rude & nasty!!!!  I stopped in to this location & took note of the signs EVERYWHERE saying that masks are required per local mandate. I walked up to the counter where both baristas were wearing their masks under their chins, with their noses & mouths completely uncovered. As one walked away I asked why they weren't wearing their masks in a store that posts signs everywhere that it's required & one scoffed, pointed to her chin & huffs "I'm wearing a mask, now do you want something?" No. I was not interested in purchasing a cup of omicron, thank you.  Is this really how Starbucks wants their stores represented??

I love Starbucks. I just wish the employees listen when we tell them that the straw isn’t going to fit in my cup instead of being combative. Please get the long straws for the big cups.

I'm in town for business. I came here for breakfast and was not disappointed. Friendly staff; they greeted me with a smile. My coffee was fresh and hot. Establishment was clean. Good music and vibe all around. I will definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone.
