As a customer who recently visited the Starbucks store at Arundel Mills, I feel compelled to share my experience regarding an issue I encountered during my visit. While the ambiance, service, and quality of beverages at this Starbucks location were up to their usual high standards, I was disappointed to discover an unexpected increase in the price of my order without prior notification.  The lack of transparency about price changes was concerning, especially because I wasn't informed beforehand that the prices had been adjusted. It's essential for businesses, especially renowned chains like Starbucks, to communicate any alterations in pricing to their customers openly. This allows patrons to make informed decisions about their purchases and prevents any sense of unfairness or surprise when they reach the payment counter.  The sudden overcharge without prior notice affected the overall experience and left me feeling somewhat misled as a loyal customer. While I understand that businesses may occasionally update their pricing, clear communication about such changes is crucial to maintain trust and satisfaction among their clientele.  I hope that Starbucks takes note of the importance of transparent communication regarding price adjustments at all their stores, including the Arundel Mills location, to ensure a positive and trustworthy relationship with their customers. As a suggestion, implementing visible notices or informing customers verbally about any price modifications upon ordering would significantly improve the overall customer experience and avoid any feelings of being unfairly charged.

Wow, nice place, great customer service.  Parking is little bit of a problem but it is one of the convenient region outdoor the mall. At 8:30 a.m., I looked for the nearest Starbucks to my hotel, on my Starbucks app. It directed me to a region near the mall. After hanging  around, I quickly located it ought to be interior the mall. Of course, I needed a quick region outdoor the mall, before riding to my commercial enterprise meeting. This was once a busy vicinity however I admire being able to get in and out in a well timed manner.

Horrible Starbucks. You can look at my history and see I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks so my comparison pool is large.  But anyways this place is usually always busy so I can understand and overlook some stuff. But tonight there was hardly anyone there and yet it took over 30 min. Only one machine was being run and the lady had zero multitasking skills. Also on top of it all she only put two shots in my venti americano.  These people need re training ASAP.

Nice and friendly staff. Easy in and easy out. No line. Drive thru. Patio. Lots of seating and tables inside. Near Live Casino and Arundels Mills Mall. Easy access to the highway. The only con is the parking lot is very small and unable to accommodate Starbucks and Cava.

They gave me a donut that expires on May 15  today is June 9th The Mango Dragonfruit lemonade at this location is watered down. I will never return to this location they give you bad food.Food: 1/5

Everything you would expect from Starbucks. Clean place, quick service and outlets everywhere so you can work on your laptop. Great place to stop for drinks or as a work station to get some stuff done.

Desiree made the best drinks for me today. Coming from working at Starbucks in management, she did a fantastic job. 10/10 deserves a raise 100%

My husband and i were out shopping and stopped in star bucks to try the new Carmel brulee latte. After 5 mins of waiting, we were told they didnt have what was needed to make the drinks. We spent 11.58 for two drinks and they gave us 2 four dollar gift cards and made us something else. But the thing is while we were waiting we saw a roach clear as day climb up on the counter. The store was a mess. Everything was sticky. We told the guy making our drinks and he did have someone start pulling all the stuff out to look for the roach. Needless to say it was gross we will never come back here

Ok so now it’s past the holiday and I still can’t order online. There’s no way everything containing caramel is sold out. I can’t order coffee any day out of the week because annything other than the black coffees are marked as “sold out at this store”. Come on now. You have “order online” posters throughout the whole mall but can’t even place an online order for pick up!? SMH

Most things were sold out, the Barista took around 5 minutes to punch in each order into the machine resulting in long queues. I ordered my drink with no coffee - sure enough it came *with* coffee. Total waiting time was around 20-25 minutes…Food: 1/5
