They are quick, but this location does not accept the barcode on app nor coupons sent to their actual app. I feel that if you work at a location in a hospital with family going through alot they should be a bit more polite.

Terrible experience here. Sent my bf for a coffee and he was shamed for asking for more than 2 sugars in a venti coffee, AND they HANDED him the wrong coffee someone else's coffee and then gave him attitude when he called it to their attention. You can tell that these people all hate not only each other but the customers as well. Terrible experience, especially when you're already high stress because you're at the hospital. I'm here often as a cancer survivor but won't ever be getting coffee here again.

Starbucks inside Baptist hospital. Good coffee and friendly service. Only downside, they aren’t open on Sunday.

The lady with short blue hair was very pleasant add helpful. Then other two didn't seem to want to be there. Sign up saying best with them as they were short staffed, but their pace was either very slow or stop. Girl on the till could do with some customer service training. The coffee was good, but wouldn't recommend. Bad atmosphere. Very sad, especially being in a hospital

The woman working there the day we went 7/19 around 5:30 was very friendly and so kind. She made my son feel special. He asked if we could go back to see her again one day. I wish I’d gotten her name so I could thank her again.

They never make my drink right and when I ask for them to fix I always get a attitude. Starbucks is literally charging me for you to put it in there.

I hear people say they sell coffee thats really good. Mine was kinda..meh.. I question what level they concider good.. For the price, it should be great! Very busy when I visited. My bagel was pretty good though.

I went in today and the man with the glasses and the short beard with gray hair ring my order up wrong and when I explained my order was wrong the lady was nasty about it and did not want to make my drink over so I asked for a refund my total was $8.06 he only gave me $6 and some change back so he took my 2 dollars made me late to work and was rude I do not recommend going there if he is there I think he is the manager very unprofessional and unfriendly and stole 2 dollars that I was owed and would not give me a refund receipt

Literally the WORST Starbucks location I have ever been to. And yall are inside a HOSPITAL, that should mean something. Something like know how to do your job instead of expecting customers to know how to make menu drinks. Dude my baby is in ICU. This Starbucks is nasty and smelled bad. The lady in front of me got what she orders all the time and said it tastes disgusting and spoiled. They talked trash about her as soon as she walked out. She is an er employee,  and they were making fun of her because THEY messed up a drink with spoiled milk and wouldbr even acknowledge her. Then were rude to me because I dont know how to do their job. I'm not a Starbucks employee. Have never been. Therefore HOW SHOULD I KNOW how to do YOUR job  throw this whole Starbucks EMPLOYEES AND ALL in the TRASH! TODAY!!

Not your typical Starbucks. Employees are less attentive and dont really move with purpose, but I did see some new faces today! Atmosphere/energy is meh. They very rarely have supplies for the featured drinks. They really should look at implimenting mobile orders but I'm sure it would cause an overwhelming demand. Overall I'm happy there is one at Baptist, but could be improved
