A simple Ice Cold Brew with extra cream and sugar - unfortunately only a few people get this drink correct. The cold brew has a standard build that people fail to follow. Let alone , they don’t add the extra cream and sugar. They would hand me a medium dark coffee - obviously there is no extra cream in here. This is very upsetting when your spending $35 a week + tip on coffee weekly. My coffee is not special - it’s something every staff member should know how I make. It’s not the complicated. I really want to work here just so I can’t make drinks properly for customers. I’m sure I’m not the only one with a good and bad experience. It should indeed taste similar every time.

I got the caramel  crunch frozen. Was very good. The pineapple frozen wasn't so good. 2 drinks costed 14.00 was ok but expensive and was a costly tester drink.

Worse customer service ever! They did not greet us at the ordering station. Our latte was awful with no sugar, I asked for more packets of sugar and We were told that they couldn’t give me more than 4 packs when we got four grande lattes. This was the worse service I ever got at a Starbucks location.

I asked for caramel crunch in my drink the barista said it fell to them bottom, its not in here at all. Which sounds small but I have to pay for that. Then asked for a Baggett and got a crescent and the sticker early said Baggett

I frequent this location and rarely have anything to complain about! But today I was a little disappointed in my drink I order a Venti Caramel Crunch Frappe I was drinking it and I kept hitting a hard rock in there, at first I thought it was the crunch So when I got home and I pulled out a huge rock of ice that took up a good part of my drink so basically spent $7 for half of a Venti I was very upset no more drive through for me!

I ordered white chocolate mocha with almond milk and no frothy foam, it was not white chocolate mocha at first but I went back to get the order corrected. I realized it was not almond milk but regular milk instead. I just left with the realization that it will either never be correct or I'll appear as a disgruntled customer. 2 stars for this location and I will not change it.

One would think that it would be difficult to incorrectly fill a coffee order. This occurred on not just one visit to this establishment, but the second visit as well. For the asking price of their coffee, one would expect better service.

Late morning with family doing for family I hadn't had anything to eat or drink since I had risin to a cloudy day. I do love premium coffee hot or cold. I had seen Starbucks up the street aways. I said to myself oh yeah. Went in and heard this voice say can I help you? Now, talking to you gentleman this Starbucks had all women inside working or drinking coffee. Many of them just a smiling . The beautiful young lady who made my cold coffee fast and friendly. It is awesome great tasting as advertised. All those women were nice to me as well. I was ready to leave because I was overwhelmed with it all. Nice going Starbucks.Adventure with a long lasting memory and enjoyed that to the fullest

Staff was slow and rude. The coffee was horrible. The barista literally put half a cup of creamer/ half cup of coffee. On top of that it was freezing inside. They have such a nice establishment for such shotty service. I went in to work on my finals and have coffee. I left and went to another local coffee shop.
