Very disappointed! I Stopped in this Texarkana Starbucks for my evening Cappuccino. I had to wait for about 20 mins and when asked for my drink, the lady who took my order started to work on it and when she was done, she turned her face away and extended her arm with the drink! Very very rude! I asked her if she should call the name which is printed on the label, then she threw the drink on the counter and left. I asked another guy if I can speak to the manager who was very kind and apologetic. But that person was acting like nothing happened!!

They were SLAMMED! Wanted a keto coffee fix on my way through town road trip. Drive through was backed up all the way to the road so I went inside. I’m fairly certain they are supposed to serve the drive thru more than the inside so I was expecting a wait. I will say, despite them being as busy as they were, all the employees seemed to be working hard. And the gal that seemed to be the one printing all the tickets was truly a joy. Pretty sure I heard her say “It’s going to be a great day” in the midst of this chaos. And she meant it.  Only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because the drink seemed very heavy more than normal with heavy cream. Prefer a little more coffee taste. Ordered an iced coffee with heavy whipping cream and two stevia. The sugar was on point. Just not enough “coffee taste.” I may need to order differently to improve that Aka it might be a me thing.  Great job to this team though!  ***Can’t speak to restrooms or food.

Staff was super friendly. I do not like bitter coffee so I order a single shot of espresso. The barista asked me why I only wanted one shot, without me asking, recommended different styles of coffee so that I did not have the bitter taste and so glad she did. I now have a new favorite drink.  I love when a place takes the extra moment to help make suggestions than to just take your order and send you out the door.

Staff and the coffee was good. Online ordered for drive through pickup. Took longer in line then for the drive to the store. Perhaps online orders shouldn't wait in the same line as the old lady counting pennies at the drive through window. It's not the stores fault, but it is something Starbucks can fix. Thus 3 star experience. I should have pulled up and had my coffee handed to me within a short time, not 10 minutes in line.

Customer service was excellent and quick as they were very busy. Food is expensive but taste good. The place was packed so it was not very relaxing, I couldn't just chill there and drink my coffee.Food: 3/5

Came on Thanksgiving Day and the place was packed but the manager handled it with ease and made everyone feel welcome.  I was very impressed with her ability to make an otherwise hectic time stress free for all of the customers.

I ordered a matcha latte…I understand they were very busy and were making drinks very quickly but my matcha was completely ruined. The matcha was not mixed up at all, and I don’t know if she even added sugar: Tasted like I was drinking bitter milk. I would have stayed to ask them to re-do it but I was also running late because of how long they took. Again, I understand them being busy with many customers, but I’d rather wait a little longer for a drink well made.

Extremely fast service even though they're a lot of foot traffic. Bagels are soft and glorious! Bathrooms are clean. Customer service us also great but parking lot is ridiculous! Small and packed. At least they have a drive thru.

Starbucks coffee is a 5 star for me anyway but this one was the quickest Starbucks I have been to...   With a smile and very knowledgeable staff... Yes please and a big thank you! They were very busy with the drive thru and in the store.   The service is awesome and the place is clean...   I appreciate that so again Thank you!   Please consider bonuses to the team corporate...   Love!

Rave: They make a great Matcha Latte Rant: They only filled my grande up 3/4 the way. Why am I paying full price and getting ripped off. I even gave them a $5 tip on 2 drinks. Extremely disappointed
