They were out of everything I wanted and when they did make my drink, it tasted watered down, no flavor. This is the only location where your drink will taste different every time you go. I think they are using more ice than the actual flavor to save money on products. I got a refund and went to Biggby for a wonderful drink. The only positive thing is the nice staff.

It's great as Starbucks goes. Sometimes, there's a long wait and it costs $50 waiting in like with petrol, but get I’m fueled by happy thoughts and coffee  and it beats walking in or parking in the tight parking lot.  The servers are nice and the coffee is hot and tasty. I just wish it was a bit less expensive to get my caffeine fix. Today’s good mood is sponsored by coffee.

This location is the absolute worst when it comes to making their Shaken Expressos. I order here often before work and will no longer spend money in this location. If you order drinks with light ice, the fill it with milk! It’s like drinking a cup of milk. This has happened several times and it’s ridiculous. By the way, they are the only location who does this. These are the exact same drinks. Light Ice on the right. It’s ridiculous.

what horrible attitudes here... I went on Thanksgiving morning to get some coffee, because as a plumber I too have to work all day on holidays. I picked up my mobile order, walked over to the tip jar and dropped a $20 bill in.. said thank you guys happy Thanksgiving. Nothing but nasty looks. Nobody responded and the ones who looked just gave me a nasty look. I instantly regretted doing that. I guess that's what I get for trying to spread a bit of joy. What a waste of money.

Typical sugary Starbucks full of basic people. Every time I go through the drive through the person has a different artificial hair color. Sometimes have pastries, sometimes don’t. Sizes make no sense, overpriced, too complicated. My girlfriend loves it, but this franchise is the TikTok of fast food. Just its existence annoys me. Am I bias? Yes. This is a very personal review. Do I care? No.

My car lost its power steering in their drive thru. I called to let them know I was trying get out of the way and the woman that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and sweet. She offered her help along with her coworker's if I needed it. Thank you Starbucks. Your kindness went a long way in making this experience less horrible. I appreciate it! THANK YOU.

Trash Starbucks with horrible service, waited 20 minutes and no one seemed to notice then finally talked to the girl at the counter. She pulls my ticket out of no where and she asks someone to make the drinks. No apology or recognition to someone that’s waited 20 minutes and others that came in and ordered drinks after me left. Not to mention the time before the drink was ordered. 0 stars go to Tim Hortons across the street better service and better quality

I love starbucks! It's my favorite coffee... however they need to find a way to make sure someone that places a mobile order isn't waiting 45 min for a coffee  when everyone else is ordering and paying in store is getting there's first. I understand that it isn't the employees fault however corporate needs to find a solution.
