Amazing staff great service not many places get a tip from me because they're always rude with horrible customer service these days. Starbucks on the other hand gets a tip from me everyday. All because I have never had a bad experience I can honestly say I enjoy getting a cup of coffee every day just because of how amazing their people are. Keep up the amazing work / customer service.

I visited this location today with my granddaughter and had a fabulous experience! My two year old granddaughter did not want the employee to ring up her apple juice and Perfect bar, so Rochelle talked to her and was able to coax her into holding the items up the scanner herself. Rochelle also went out of her way to help me by getting my coffee order so I didn’t have to leave my granddaughter at the table by herself. Every time I have been to this Starbucks, I have had exceptional customer service. This is completely opposite of the Starbucks on Balsam Way off of Wadsworth. I highly recommend this Starbucks and kudos to the exceptional employee, Rochelle!!

I love the staff members here! My best friend orders a really complicated shaken espresso every time she goes there and they get it right 99% of the time! They are so friendly and actually take time to get to know their customers and their orders and that's incredibly admirable.Food: 5/5

So I leave myself 10 min to order a large iced coffee w/cream and Splenda. Had to leave without my coffee because my bus arrived. So that’s cool, and I was the only one in line too

Was just in the drive thru and she gave me my coffee with no holder or plug to keep it hot....we don't have anymore....I've been this location 3 times since they've opened and out of those3 times there's been something their out of?? Then she forgets to get me my food and I had to go back and get my food....that was your last chance 3 times your out...I received no apology either horrible customer service

Big new Starbucks, I zipped right through the drive through. Good accessible location, love my venti ice tea in the morning!

Every single time I go there to get a coffee it’s wrong. I say no classic. There’s classic. I say sub caramel syrup they don’t put it in. I ask for EXTRA CARAMEL they put this thin little line for $.60 cents extra. I always have to go back I try to call to speak to a manager and the phone line? Busy of course. How hard is it to make a coffee? Maybe if there wasn’t a different person making it every day it wouldn’t be a problem. Maybe if they listened to what people wanted instead of reading a technical “push of a button”

I bought an egg and sausage wrap and was really disappointed at how they had packed it. How am I supposed to eat this?
