Took 15 minutes to get my coffee. Not barista's fault. She was working hard and fast, but they weren't running any of their other machines. Girl behind me got her food order but had to leave without her drink so she wouldn't be late for school.Food: 5/5

I visit this Starbucks at least twice a week and the staff is always amazing. My drinks are never wrong and I am able to zip in and out of the drive through in no time. I really want to give a great big Kudos to Chrispie... I recently have switched my diet and can no longer have dairy... I placed an order at the menu, and made some substitutions. When I got to the window, he chatted with me about what my drink order really is and how it should be placed to save time I was really fumbling at the intercom and I'm sure that was annoying and also save $. But beyond that he actually printed a receipt for me with the description of the drink for next time. This really made my day. I can't thank this location enough for having super stars on the team. Thank you!

Great staff..drinks always fixed perfectly Where is the great staff now? As of today, I must change my review from a year ago. Very rude staff, not asked or offered any toppings that always come with my drink. I am a definite regular customer at this location so its very dissapointing. Maybe I just chose an off day for my usual great service.

It can be hit and miss. Not the fastest at making drinks when you order in store or via the app.

This Starbucks location is usually great! Occasionally they will be very behind/slow, but as a former barista I understand the struggle. I can also only recall two instances where I was given the wrong drink or a wrong version of my ordered drink, but they quickly correct this. This is definetly my go-to Starbucks location!

This store has always had service issues and high turnover, COVID not withstanding.  I am respectful knowing their employee turnover for years. It is a management issue not the person pouring coffee.   I quit ordering cream in my coffee if I have it at home because coffee is always luke warm. Maybe a basic cup of coffee is not the priority, even though it is +$3 and likely largest profit.  I was yelled at when the store opened for ap orders then closed inside counter a week or so later.  I kept going back anyway- COVID mindset of all customer behavior in my mind.  lProbably better to support small business who wants my business. We have other choices just across the street these days.  Kept hoping it will change but I give up.

Great staff and variety of items.. so sad they discontinued the Pineapple Coconut Smoothie. It was the best! Also, please bring back the plant based sandwich. The whole sandwich was plant based egg, cheese and patty .. the Impossible sandwich isn't the same for the vegan community.

Starbucks is an amazing place to go if you need a peaceful place to study, work, interview, meet friends, or to just get out! They have an amazing staff that is always very polite and friendly. Jordan is always helpful and in a good mood! They're service is always fast and I am never unhappy with the turn out of my drink.

Very awesome. The employees are nice and the hot chocolate is so awesome they make the best ever. I wish they could also serve some good donuts in different flavors. Besides that definitely recommend this.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Staff is totally disinterested and usually gets the order wrong. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times, but it’s consistently slow even when you order ahead via the app. Typically I will go inside to try and skip being stuck in the line, but I’ve found that they give my drinks away to the drive through so there’s no getting around it. Avoid this location.
