Girl I ordered from was very nice made sure she got everything I wanted ordered for my drink but barista didn’t seem to take the time to look into that,, on pic you can obviously see I asked for strawberry purée and raspberry syrup blended in and I just got the pineapple

Completely outstanding customer service! When I recieved the incorrect drink, the employees immediately asked if I wished for a new one, very kindly. The atmosphere is great for studying or just relaxing, with some furniture. The food was also top class, 100% value.<b>Food</b>: 5/5

This Starbucks is across the street from our Sam's Club so it is a good option if you want coffee or tea after a round of heavy shopping. Like most of our Starbucks here in Las Cruces is usually pretty busy and sometimes challenging to find a place to sit.  They jus updated this store and it looks awesome. Lot's more seating available now.

I've been coming to Starbucks since 2013 and I love this place the girls are super friendly and just love the staff no matter what starbucks I go to from las cruces to el paso to  Albuquerque and every other surrounding areas I get my coffee daily Monday thru Sunday I never skip a day I get a hot triple venti latte with almond milk ,2 pumps sugar free vanilla, 2 pumps chocolate white mocha ,and whip creme super delicious

The service was very poor, workers were unable to listen to the requested order of purchase. I repeated the request 3 times and still the so called manager was not paying attention. Other than the service, the espresso is still good tasting.  A New Manger was hired since that last occurrence mentioned above.  On September 3rd 2022, I was treated with upmost respect. I really had an excellent visit,  and for this reason I have given this Starbucks 5 stars!

This Starbucks location almost always gets my drink correct and it tastes great! The staff is always super friendly and allow for that extra time to get to know you. You can wait a while in the drive thru sometimes but, would you rather fast service with a drink that tastes “meh” or wait a little longer and get one that tastes great?

Lourdes, the Barista is very kind. She wrote  beautiful , inspiring kind words on my life after a very successful interview I had at a job interview in town. She also works very quickly with great success on great, flavorful, tasteful coffee's! What an Asset to your business!

It's the same as every over rated over priced Starbucks, I had a coupon That's why I was here. The service was very good.

The drive thru was quite fast, I've never had to wait for too long at all! All employees were wearing masks. The costumer service was excellent and exceptional!

Very good drinks, but could definitely be nicer when taking orders
