Drink was cool. Manager seems cool but the baristas + staff could be friendlier + cheerful as you’re supposed to be — as a former Barista myself that’s what we’re taught. Also, the preparation of the food was not that great. I asked for a cooked San which that was just tossed lazily in the bag. the girl at the counter black girl with puffs and septum  + other ladies behind the bar should be a lil nicer and need work on customer service not just saying “hi” to people when they walk in.  ‍. just constructive criticism.  Vegetarian options: Nice selection  Kid-friendliness: Cool

These annoying little girls gave me attitude at 6am before my shift. Which was not needed. Fakeass greetings and messed up my order. So I paid $6 for a disgusting iced caramel latte.

My drink was made complete wrong only 1 ingredient I asked for was in it …I usually get yogurt and eat it the next day well the next day it was 2 days expired meaning it was already a day old expired when I first got it I’m disappointed bc I usually have great service

Lovely atmosphere, nice seating arrangements with a few nooks and unique placement. Every barista I've interacted with is simply delightful. When it gets slow you can tell they're enjoying themselves and having fun. I love it here!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes

I stopped here on my way to work and I'm very pleased with this Starbucks cafe. It's cozy and clean and a great place to sit and have a quiet cup of coffee.

They were out of oatmilk, so my toasted vanilla shaken espresso tasted gross. The batista was very friendly, but i took my drink 'to go,' so I wasn't able to get a replacement.

So two errors were made. First one came with the online app. I ordered & paid for a cold cup for my daughter only to find out when I got there, that cup was not in stock at the store. Second error, I have a boatload of stars. I decided to apply them to a new hot cup for myself while I was there. I informed the girl, "I'm using Stars"  yet somehow it was not stars but cash from my app that was taken. The shift manager then proceeded to go above & beyond trying to fix things imho. The way I see it, that kind of customer service went further with me & proceeded to overshadow any mistakes made.
